How I Work
My Clinical Practice
In my clinical practice I work with adults experiencing stress and anxiety, workplace stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those interested in finding higher purpose and fulfilment. My clinical work is currently being influenced by cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, mindfulness based stress reduction, and somatic therapy. In full transparency, there is little evidence that one approach is significantly better than the next but I would be happy to share with you why I have found these particularly effective.
My Coaching Practice
As a coach, I work with leadership teams and executives to develop strength and resilience to help manage the emotional, mental, and physical effects of working in a high demand entrepreneurial setting. Sessions can include conversations around stress, anxiety, life balance, and purpose. I can incorporate long term business planning with goals around personal health, resilience, and wellbeing. Combining business coaching and mental health support can be effective in improving health for the business and for their leaders. Being a leader is not easy - I’ve been there.
